Our Youth Christmas Party will be Saturday, December 19th from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
We’ll be having it at the Trussville Playstation. There will be skating, laser tag, and more. Please bring a $5 gift.
We also hope you’ll join us on Wed. nights as we look at the characters of the first Christmas.
Merry Jesusmas!
For our fourth service project we participated in the Operation Christmas Child ministry. Students had the opportunity to fill a shoebox with gift items for children across the world.
Our fifth service project was serving food and making plates during the church Holiday Dinner.
May it always be a privilege to serve!
Also remember SNL Sun. night 11/22 at the McCurdy’s. And, thanks to all the guys who came out to play Flag Football… let’s do it again sometime soon.

During the Thanksgiving holidays we’ll be serving with Food for Friends.
On Wed. 11/25 from 9-2 we’ll help set-up for the homeless ministry downtown.
On Fri. 11/27 from 9-2 we’ll help serve lunch.
In service project #2 we raised money to buy an African Pastor a bicycle. The bicycle cost was $125. This bike will allow the minister to reach more people for Jesus! Thank you to all the youth for giving.

Join us as we visit two great Judgement Houses…
We’ll be attending one in Locust Fork on Saturday, Oct. 24th. Vans leave FBCP at 7:00.
We’ll also attend one in Hueytown on Monday, Oct. 26th. Vans will leave at 6:00 on the 26th.
There will also be SNL Sunday, Oct. 18th in the gym of FBCP. Don’t miss it.
Service Project #1 was painting the Price sisters house.
Several youth served on 9/12/09, and did a great job.
: )

Our youth group has adopted this image as our new “mission statement” or “vision” for the upcoming year.
We believe Jesus linked serving people and loving others to loving God, and we want to do the same.
We have set a goal for our ministry to attempt at least 22 different service projects. We received our inspiration from the words of Jesus in Matthew 22.
We look forward to serving God and others!
Don’t miss En Fuego…
Vans will leave FBCP at 2:00 pm
Also don’t miss our College Rafting Trip on Aug 7-8, and “Step Up Day” Aug 5 at the Cullman Aqua Park.
